Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sweetermoccs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Sweetermoccs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 

If your package has been returned to sender at Sweetermoccs because of wrong or insufficient address you must contact sweetermoccs@gmail.com to arrange and pay for additional shipping as the package was undeliverable from the address you provided. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper addresses are provided and to contact the store owner to resend the shipment.
